And then I'm like "Ooooohhhhhh THIS is why my teachers' desks always looked like a recycling bin threw up on it. And why they ALWAYS claimed to not have papers I was positive I turned in." But that won't happen to me. I'm determined. Today when I started this process to leave, this is what my desk looked like.
But as I went through paper by paper, I just kept going. I didn't really have anywhere to be today, so no reason to leave at a decent hour. So I went through stack...
by stack...
by stack...
post-its, paper clips, notes, plans, everything.
Until it looked like this...
And then I let myself leave. Everything is ready for the week I come back. I have every subject planned, and all the copies made for Monday. I don't even have to think about school...unless I choose to blog about it while I'm home.
In Memphis.
Where it's warm.
More from me later in the week... most likely :)

Come home Miss Foster. Mr. and Mrs. Foster and Molly are eagerly awaiting your return. You deserve some warm weather and a nap in your own bed.
